Denise Tam is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, two time cancer survivor and a self professed health chef. Her life changing battle with stage 4 cancer has inspired her to share her new found appreciation for life by teaching and motivating others towards a more natural way of living and healing. She believes in achieving complete wellness through the healing of the body, mind and spirit. And with her firsthand experience, she offers practical tips to do just that. Denise is a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners and a contributing author to Saved by Nutrition, an anthology of nutrition success stories.
