我們相信照顧者在社區中擔當著帶動家庭、社會及環境改變的重要角色，積極推動「照顧」社區的共同建設。面對社區環境高度城市化、不當規劃及消費壟斷帶來匱乏單一的生活模式，天水圍照顧者的生活承受多重剝削和壓迫，區內婦女尤其首當其衝，其她們開展自主生活的可能性往往受到局限。

We believe that caregivers play an important role in driving family, social and environmental changes in the community, and actively promote the joint construction of “care” communities. Faced with the lack of a single life mode due to the highly urbanization of the community environment, improper planning and consumption monopoly, the lives of caregivers in Tin Shui Wai are subject to multiple exploitation and oppression. Women in the district bear the brunt especially, and their possibilities for independent living are often limited.
